In a world where 'doing' is the norm, the 'being' is lost. In this workshop, we use our body as the reference point to explore our innate nature of being and doing. We will use Expressive Arts modalities to explore how they coexist, and our ability to balance and hold the two. What to expect: - Engage with expressive arts modalities like body scan (tunning inwards), movement, creative visualisation, moving & witnessing, and creative writing. - A safe group setting to explore your inner landscape. - Meet a community of curious souls who are on a similar path of self-exploration. Who is this for?: - 16+ years - Interested in exploring the self through arts - Interested or curious about Arts Therapy and comfortable trying it in a group setting About the facilitator: Robin is an Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner (certified by Studio for Movement Arts & Therapies Trust, Bangalore) who has a keen interest in movement-based practices. Body & movement and what it means to live an embodied life are his areas of research and exploration. In his early movement days, he trained in performative dance styles, but the enigma of the body and the stories that lie within drew him toward Expressive Arts Therapy
