In the heart of the Western Ghats, a quiet world leaps to life.

Little Planet: A Tale of Frogs opens a rare window into the lives of frogs. The small, secretive creatures often skipped over in wildlife stories. Filmed over nine monsoon-soaked years in the Ghats, this documentary captures some of the most elusive behaviours and natural history events ever seen on screen.

Though vital to the ecosystem, frogs remain among its most misunderstood residents. As bio-indicators, they are early messengers of ecological change. Yet their voices are often drowned out by louder stories of conservation.

This film is both a revelation and a reminder: that even the smallest beings hold the balance of a forest, and that noticing them is the first step toward protecting them.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A, held in both English and Kannada.
