Bengaluru’s favourite coffee growers and roasters Maverick & Farmer brings to you a brand new coffee mixology experience for the first time in India to mark the occasion of International Coffee Day. Blending their craftsmanship with coffee artistry, the artisanal coffee brand has curated an exclusive mixology experience and a special menu available from 30th September to 2nd October. At the event, coffee lovers will get to design their own signature, creative interpretation of coffee by choosing ingredients that they love. Staying true to their name, Maverick & Farmer will extend their passion for coffee mixology by offering a host of unique flavours and textures that’ll go into fashioning this novel experience. Ingredients like lemonade, kokum juice, pineapple, fresh Kombucha and tender coconut water are all on the list with a choice of base brew. Shrubs and extracts with spicy, floral, fruity and sweet and spicy notes and garnishes such as herbs, desiccated fruit, strips of spicy ‘jerky’, and fresh fruit. The drinks are then served shaken, stirred, or layered. An extension to this hands-on experience, the mixologists at Maverick & Farmer have also introduced a menu of handcrafted beverages specially created for and available throughout the duration of the event.
