Moglu x Koshy’s: The Takeover

For one night only, Moglu takes over the iconic Koshy's Jewel Box for an intimate supper experience that celebrates the flavours, memories, and cultural roots of old Bangalore.

Set inside one of the city’s most storied institutions, this multi-course dining experience by Chef Kiran Narayanan reimagines Anglo-Indian and Syrian Christian influences through a contemporary lens — blending nostalgia with bold, chef-driven storytelling. Paired with live soul and jazz music, the evening invites guests to slow down, gather around the table, and experience Bangalore’s evolving food culture in a space that has witnessed it for over seven decades.

About the Chef

Chef Kiran Narayanan trained at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and worked with acclaimed kitchens including Dirt Candy and ABCv before returning to Bangalore to start Moglu.

Originally launched as an experimental vegetarian concept inspired by southern Indian micro-cuisines, Moglu has since evolved into a bespoke dining and catering experience known for its thematic, story-led menus and intimate supper clubs. Through this collaboration with Koshy’s, Chef Kiran brings together his signature contemporary approach with the deep-rooted nostalgia of one of Bangalore’s most beloved cultural landmarks.
