Event Description

Gayatri Shetty is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, and performer based in Bangalore. Her work explores fragility, repetition, and presence through task-based performance and improvisation. She trained at Attakalari, Gibney Dance NYC, Gaga Lab Tel Aviv, and also studied Pilates instruction with KINNECTED Piltes while in New York. She has performed at Serendipity Arts Festival, PECDA, March Dance, and more, and is a member of Citizens for Stage Co-Lab. 

Gayatri is currently developing her solo choreographic voice through works that investigate care, failure and resiliance.
