Chef de Cuisine Jawad Oumerri from The Oberoi, Marrakech to showcase authentic Moroccan Cuisines at The Oberoi.

His menus are a tribute to Moroccan culinary heritage, blending traditional techniques with innovative twists. Assisted by Sous Chef Rafia Yassine, Chef Jawad will bring his culinary expertise to India, offering a taste of Morocco that is authentic.

The pop-up Moroccan kitchen will feature a curated menu including:
- Prawn Cromesquis with Chermoula, Carrot, and Cumin Hummus
- Monkfish Tangia with Saffron, Bean, and Preserved Lemon
- Lamb Shanks Tagine with Berber Vegetables
- Almond and Orange Blossom Jawhara
