Event Description
This beginner-friendly workshop will take participants through a series of exercises designed to explore the idea of connection and conversation through movement.
Participants will also be introduced to the basic capoeira movements which will be integrated with the ideas explored thus far. As a culmination of the workshop, again borrowing from Capoeira, the workshop will end in a ‘roda’ where participants take turns moving with each other putting into practice the learnings from the workshop.
