Kumail is an R&B and soul producer, composer, vocalist, and bandleader from Mumbai, now based in Lisbon. Blending soul, funk, bossa nova, and African influences, he emerged as a leading voice in India's alternative scene with his acclaimed debut album Yasmin, praised by Rolling Stone India, Resident Advisor, and Red Bull. He has performed alongside Kamasi Washington, Khruangbin, and FKJ, appeared at festivals including Boiler Room, Magnetic Fields, and Lollapalooza India, and now returns with Mudbrown on Tru Thoughts—a deeply personal project shaped by his years in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Popcorn Kid is a genre-blending artist, producer, and live performer combining indie pop, new jack swing, funk, disco, and neo-soul into groove-heavy, cinematic soundscapes. Signed to Aztec Records (UK), his music has featured in Vice Undercover and campaigns for brands like Victoria's Secret. Rushaki is a Goa-based singer-songwriter and producer known for her blend of dark electronic pop, haunting vocals, and intimate songwriting. Her independently released debut album, She Speaks (2022), earned recognition on multiple "Best Debut" lists and established her as one of India's standout independent artists. Beyond her solo work, she has contributed to artist development through Amplify Music Incubator and FieldWorks, collaborated with brands including Zudio and Bombae, and performs as a backing vocalist for Lojal's live band.
