Yaosh Nowrojee, pianist and artist, walks us through the history of European classical music, a genre at once familiar yet wildly unknown. This special talk + concert will touch upon features of the various eras, their similarities and differences across centuries, and will draw connections between music, society, literature, architecture and art.

Please attend the concert right after to connect the dots on what we learn!

Concert repertoire will include works from many of the great masters such as Mendelssohn, Debussy, Rachmaninov, Beethoven, Liszt and Chopin.

Yaosh P. Nowrojee is a western classical pianist based in Bangalore studying under Natallia Kapylova and Liudmila Drahznik. He has been teaching since 2021 and holds a Diploma with the London College of Music and a triple major Bachelors degree in Music, Psychology and English from Christ University. He loves performing and sharing his music, and conducts history and theory workshops regularly.
