The hotel brings renowned Chef Parveen Khan from Hyderabad, the land of Nizams and Begums, to curate a menu of authentic Hyderabadi delicacies. Embark on a journey with Chef Parveen Khan into the backstreets of Hyderabad and experience the distinctive recipes of legendary Nizaami cuisine. Chef Parveen Khan and Courtyard Hebbal's Executive Chef Rohan Malwankar have teamed up to make this food festival one to remember.
Chef Parveen Khan grew up watching her mother, often referred to as the Sulthana of Spices, teach legions of young Hyderabadi women the unique style of her cooking, and host Hyderabadi food festivals in upscale hotels across the country and eventually abroad in Asia, the U.S., and the U.K. This prompted Chef Parveen to surpass her mother's cooking by learning to analyze tastes and flavors, which eventually led her to write the cookbook 'Hyderabadi Khasa,' which also chronicles the history of Hyderabadi cuisine from the days of Qutb Shahi rule to today's fusion of old and new ingredients and techniques During this 9-day food festival, guests can enjoy authentic sumptuous specialties such as Mutabak, Pathar ka Gosht, Bagh e Bahar Haleem, Gosht Tutak, Mutton Luqmi, Laal Masala Chukandar, Tomato Ke kut, Char Dal Ka Dalcha, Subz Palak Marag, Fish Mahi Kalia, Khatti dal, Sofiyani Biryani and much more!
