BEYOND CARLTON
invites you to a program on
Fire Safety Awareness & Prevention
to pay a tribute to the 9 lives lost in the Carlton Towers fire 10 years ago.
Program:
Dr. Prakash Sontakke PhD (International Performer, Composer, Film Maker) will present a musical performance: 'Remembrance' on the slide guitar and introduce the Theramin, a rare instrument.
Anantha Subramanyam Senior Photojournalist, on 'A decade of capturing images of a city careless about its safety'.
Sumit Khanna who authored a report on the Carlton Fire, in conversation with Radio & Tv journalist. Vasanthi Hariprakash on 'Keeping away another Carlton'.
