Event Description

Nila Festival of Arts, is a multifaceted arts experience for children and parents, celebrating arts and artists with unique offerings and logistics, planned by Atta Galatta for the year 2027. The festival aims to showcase art and culture in a grand pageant that children and parents can participate in and enjoy- art for the sake of art.  To kick off the Festival , we will be holding auditions for Dance Schools at Atta Galatta, to select the final six schools that will be featured in the festival. All performers will be between the ages of 8-16, and would welcome your support.

Join us to support the Abstratics Dance Company and Amruthavarshini School of Dance as they open our festival auditions. Entry is open to all adults and children who would like to watch, support and encourage arts.

Abstratics Dance Company: Guru Rashmi Srinivas is a Bharatanatyam and contemporary artiste, teacher, and choreographer with over two decades of training and performance experience. Dedicated to preserving tradition while inspiring the next generation through dance. The students in this performance are Aapthi GR, Paavni Mahadev, Shrinika Patil and Svara Krishna.

Amruthavarshini Foundation For Arts: Managing Trustee and Artistic Director of Amruthavarshini foundation for arts, Guru Supriya Komandur a well-known Bharathanatyam dancer and choreographer, has learnt her craft from a galaxy of eminent Gurus like Shantha Rao, Radha Shridar, Padmini Ravi, Minal Prabhu and Shyamala Murali Krishna. She continued learning diverse aspects of the classical dance from - Gurus Kalanidhi Narayanan, Kittappa Pillai, Savitri Jaganath Rao and Kamala Rani through several workshops. The students performing are Divya Kadaba, Saachi B A, Shreya Suresh, Stuti Sunil, Sanjana Suri and Veda Adarsh.
