If she can do it, why not you?
Kaamya Karthikeyan is eighteen. She has summited the highest peak on every continent and skied to the South Pole. All while attending school full time, practicing Bharatanatyam, and competing in debates.
In this conversation, Kaamya speaks with Sunil Chainani – long-distance runner, former Karnataka squash captain, and someone who has spent a lifetime balancing demanding physical goals with a corporate career. Together they explore what it actually takes: the early mornings, the trade-offs, the decision to keep going when stopping was easier.
Extraordinary goals do not always require extraordinary circumstances. More often, they require a simple, unwavering decision.
