RS Connect in collaboration with Kabir Project is back this Sunday with a unique session on Secrets of a Mystic Song, Prashant Parvataneni, a series of illustrated talks featuring bhakti and sufi songs. Bahuri Akela – Alone Together - A famous phrase of Kabir’s – ‘bahuri akela’, alone together, sounds like an oxymoron, but is it really? Kabir often urges us to walk the path alone, but also reminds us of the value of ‘sangat’- company and togetherness. Sufis talk about being in the world but staying untouched by it. Taking these songs as inspiration, this presentation reflects on ideas of individualism and solidarity, personal liberation and collective action. About Ranga Shankara Ranga Shankara is the definitive space for quality theatre in Bangalore.
