90 mins | 2023 | Hindi and English | English subtitles Ready Steady is a high school drama co-created by ten teenagers who come from low-income backgrounds and managed to get admission in an elite high school in a posh part of Delhi. The film is an unfiltered perspective of their lives from their eyes. Presented by: Speaker Safdar Rahman Director, Ready Steady & Co-Founder, Lighthouse Studios Safdar has been a filmmaker-educator for more than a decade. His career started as a Teach For India fellow in 2012, after which he directed Chippa- which was acquired by Netflix in 2020. He currently has just directed his second film Ready Steady with a bunch of teenagers which is due to release in late 2023
