At Zuva Life, we believe growth isn’t just about what’s planted in the soil, it’s also about what takes root within us.

This gathering is an invitation to step outside, try something new, and reconnect with both nature and community. Together, we’ll explore gardening as more than a skill-it’s a mindful practice that restores balance, sparks joy, and builds resilience.

About the Facilitator:

Through her venture, Its Thyme to Garden, founded in 2020, Anu has taught the basics of gardening to more than 6,000 people of all age groups, and also consults on kitchen and ornamental gardens. In addition, through her NGO - The Anugraha Project - she has set up a community kitchen garden to serve underprivileged communities.

Her dream is for every home to grow its own safe, organic food, while discovering the joy, healing, and health that come from gardening
