Roxie presents "Pickletales," an exciting pickle-infused cocktail festival running from September 29th to October 31st.

The festival combines mixology and traditional pickling for a unique taste experience.

Dive into creations like the Bloody Ginny, a clandestine mix of gin and clarified Bloody Mary mix garnished with baby carrot and celery leaves, rimmed with paprika and salt or indulge in Rajah's Retirement, a tantalizing cucumber vodka cooler featuring sweet lime pickle, kaffir kombucha, and elderflower syrup. The Orchard of Spice combines apple juice, passionfruit syrup, sweet lime pickle-washed vodka, and jalapeno brine. The Marine Drive Martini pays homage to Bombay's iconic shoreline with its shimmery blue blend of gin, mixed pickle brine, and tonic, mirroring the city's love stories often starting at its captivating coastline. The K-Pickle Mingle is a unique blend of whisky, litchi, lime, cranberry juices, kimchi brine, and mustard honey, delivering a sour and umami-packed experience. Inspired by the Amalfi bay, Applecombie is a complex concoction that combines gin, apple juice, pickle brine, apple honey, and soda, garnished with Apple Pie. The one cocktail that cannot be missed is the Banderillas, where white rum sails alongside pineapple, lime, and passionfruit juices, with a dash of jalapeno brine, offering an electrifying blend of spice and passion.
