Event Description

In this presentation of Odissi, new and original as well as reimagined compositions inspired by the rich and vibrant cultural tradition of Odissi will be showcased. The compositions are connected through a thread of blossoming, evolution, and joy. Each composition adds its own uniqueness and essence to the recital, elaborating on the universality of celebration in its own way. The performance celebrates divinity, art and sculptures, space, emotions, and the act of surrendering. Above all, it celebrates the rich Sampradāya of Odissi.
