Event Description

An immerssive exhibition about truffle (in Italian, tartufo), which explains - with panels but also through multimedia and VR devices, what the truffle exaclty is; the regions where it is sourced; the differences between black and white; the use of dogs to find it; etc. There will be also the possibility to smell the scents of different truffles and learn how to distinguish the good quality ones. The restaurant Le Cirque in the Leela Palace will also provide, for a fee, a special menu including truffle.
