iDare – Safety, Support, and Wellness is here with it’s sixth Self-care Sunday to prioritize self-love! Join us for the ‘Self-Love Sunday’ on 26th March at Alliance Francaise as we work towards offering ourselves the love we give to others.

At our Self-Love Sunday, form deep bonds with your inner self. - Nourish your mind and body with food that’s great for your health, - Physical exercises that prioritize healing, - Financial self-care that lets us live at ease, - And many more fun-filled sessions like sharing circle, music, poetry, art therapy, book reading, and more!
