Constitution Benches are benches of five or more judges at the Supreme Court of India that decide matters involving substantial questions of law regarding the interpretation of the Constitution. But how often are these benches constituted? Who sits on these benches? Who are the advocates that are heard most by these benches? How much time do judges spend on deciding these matters of constitutional interpretation? Join us as we unpack these questions and more.
