Event Description

Arriving this summer is a collaboration between Shiro and Tea Trunk for a seasonal cocktail menu of gourmet teas spiked with complementary tipples to create a lineup of refreshing boozy concoctions. One of India’s finest artisanal tea brands, Tea Trunk and Shiro, a pan-Asian restaurant, combined their prowess to craft a limited-edition menu that will be served at Shiro, UB City Bangalore in March and April. The cocktails, infused with unique blends of tea and the finest of ingredients, provide a burst of flavor while quenching your thirst. The Blue Peas Smash is a delightful mix of gin, blue pea green tea, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and soda. Rum lovers can enjoy the light and refreshing Chamomile Mint Collins made with white rum, fresh mint, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and chamomile tea. Giving a twist to the classic martini, the Spice Tea Martini at Shiro blends vodka, apple juice, spice mix, orange peel, and masala chai tea. Named after the favourite fruit of the season, the Clock Work Mango combines gin, homemade rose syrup, fresh lime, simple syrup, and mango mint tea. Another highlight on the menu is the Earl Grey Chocolate, a potent mix of brandy, cinnamon stick, honey syrup, and chocolate earl grey tea. For teetotallers, mocktails on the menu include Blue Pea Latte, Warm Tea Toddy, Mango Tai, and Black Velvet.
