Explore the vibrant music, rich history and cultural traditions of the Siddis of Karnataka. This is a rare musical performance by the group Amchae Madle Kala Tand, interwoven with stories and narrations led by Mr. Saver S Siddi. The event will delve into the layered history of the Siddis, descendants of the Bantu tribe, brought to India centuries ago from Africa. Music, dance, and spiritual customs, blend African rhythms with Indian influences which are key facets of their culture. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about the Siddi community and celebrate their unique cultural heritage. This event will be conducted in Kannada with English translation.
