Come to a watercolour tutorial with architect turned print designer and art educator Padma Chakravarti! In the course of her three-hour workshop, Padma will introduce participants to concepts like colour theory, give them the lowdown on art supplies and some basic watercolour techniques, and guide them as they bring to life on paper the fragrant tree champa, aka the much-loved Bengaluru sampige. All materials will be provided, no prior art experience is required, and you take home your beautiful creation.
Open to anyone 16 years and older

About the artist: Padma Chakravarti likes to call herself a flowerista. Her work is largely inspired by nature, and she grows many of the flowers she paints. She hosts lively paint parties for art enthusiasts of all ages.
