About Sketchbook Saturday Sketchbooks are private, and intimate space for artists to think, experiment, and try new ways of designing or creating art. Sketchbook Saturday is a bi-monthly event that sees artists from the Penciljam group sharing their Sketchbooks and creative process with the broader creative community. About the Artist | Abburi Madhuha A third-year business student with a special interest in all things art and design. She especially enjoys illustration and storytelling. Abbo is currently teaching herself different aspects of art through independent study and personal projects. Abbo grew up inspired by artists she discovered online. She spent countless hours watching YouTube speedpaints, animatics, and sketchbook tours, which sparked her love for creating original characters, worlds, and stories. More recently, her focus has shifted toward strengthening her fundamentals, doing observational drawing, building a visual library, and drawing from imagination. She loves experimenting with new styles and is always looking to learn something new to develop her artistic voice.
