Valentine’s Day is one day that Granny holds very near and dear! Why, after all, at least ten of her most legendary affairs started on this most seductive of days! In honour of this, she has curated a menu of some of the most delectable dishes and orgasmic dishes to tantalize your taste buds, wrapped up with some of her best tips for your own perfect love affair.

Welcoming the warmth that comes with this season, Chef Utkarsh Bhalla has put together a few of Granny’s secret recipes to set the tone for this Valentine’s Day.

Beginning with the appetizers, the Balsamic prunes and strawberry salad, Mushroom Pâté, Seared bay scallops and the Smoked ham with baby arugula salad are a blend of distinct flavours and are sure to whet your appetite.

Main Courses moves on to hearty meals such as the Red wine barley risotto, for vegetarians and the Crumbed chicken piccata, Cast iron cooked bone-in trout, Red beet braised lamb shank for non-vegetarians.

Moving on to Granny’s favourite part of all meals, Dessert. Especially when it is a Dark chocolate and strawberry mud cake paired with boozy concoctions from Granny’s chief mixologist, Gunjan Pal, such as Smoked choco-berry old fashioned, where demerara syrup brings out the oakiness of bourbon while blueberries add a fresh note to the drink, or Bling, a shining concoction of sparkling wine and vodka added to grapefruit juice.
