Justbe Holistic Centre, this summer, is re-introducing its Sound Bath for the first time since Covid, in Namma City.

Waves of soothing, echoing sound vibrations from traditional wind and percussion instruments will help release stress, fatigue, and depressive symptoms.

Since stress causes other health ailments like diabetes and heart disease, be a part of Nidhi Nahata’s long awaited Sound Bath Meditation, that will be excellent for managing stress and improving your overall wellbeing.
