About the speaker:
Meera Iyer is a writer, independent researcher, and the Convenor of INTACH Bengaluru Chapter. Her most recent publication is Discovering Bengaluru: History. Neighbourhoods. Walks. She has written on history, heritage, architecture and science for Deccan Herald, The Hindu, Mint, Indian Express, and HIMAL. She has a PhD in Forest Ecology from Michigan State University.
