The most romantic day of the year is around the corner and there’s no better way to celebrate the occasion than an intimate meal with your Valentine at Sriracha.
Presenting innovative dishes specially curated by Chef Vikas Seth to pamper your loved one. Sriracha’s menu showcases dishes such as Pink California Uramaki, made with roasted beet infused sushi rice wrapped around crab sticks, avocado cucumber and topped with tobiko; Pink Avocado & Tofu Uramaki, made with roasted beet infused sushi rice wrapped around avocado, tofu, asparagus and cucumber. The tantalizing main course, Wok Fried Noodles, comes in four options - spiced soy garlic prawns, chilli oyster chicken, chilli ginger roast pork, chilli bean Asian vegetables and tofu - and is served with crispy glass noodles, garlic chips, roasted sesame seeds, scallions, sesame oil, grilled lemon and togarashi beet hearts.
The dessert, Orange and Pineapple Kisses, an opera layered with pineapple pound cake with orange curd and dark chocolate ganache topped with basil cream, and served with tapioca, strawberry compote, charred pineapple and pink hearts will surely leave you feeling loved inside and out.
