Event Description

Are you someone who sees the value of scrap fabric or an old pair of Jeans? Would you like to create something new from these scraps ... A bag, a pouch, maybe a top? Josephine - who has initiated the group "Stitched2Save9" with an intent to recycle fabric and reduce plastic and cloth ending up in landfills - will take us through the fun and creative process of repurposing used clothes. You will need to have a basic knowledge of stitching (thread a needle!!) and please bring along any favourite fabric that you would like to upcycle.

Koota will have sewing machines and other accessories that we might need.
