To pause, stop and reflect makes a whole lot of difference. From its roots in the oral tradition to its survival in the digital revolution, storytelling has adapted and withstood the challenges of time.
Kathalaya’s storytelling journey has created a revolution and revival of the storytelling movement in India. Authors, illustrators and trainers have traveled this path in their own unique ways. Individually or collectively, it has paved the path and direction of the storytelling movement in India.
Four eminent speakers – Geeta Ramanujam, storyteller and Kathalaya’s founder and Director; Roopa Pai, author; Ameen Haque, corporate trainer and storyteller; and Savio Mascrenhas, illustrator, author and storyteller will share their insights, thoughts and experiences on the movement of storytelling and its impact in India.
Krishna G, a storyteller from Kathalaya, will be the moderator for the session which will be followed by a storytelling performance at the end.
