Event Description

Pottery is an art to bring the creative imagination of your mind to build something dimensional & tangible. Be it an abstract piece, a replica or a functional product, clay can help you achieve your ideas into shapes.
This vacation, we are designing a 4 day course for Kids (10 and above) to build their creative self through pottery art.
The course includes variety of handbuilding techniques like pinching, coiling & slab making to develop various products(miniature animals, pots, cups, plates, tiles etc). This module also includes wheel throwing techniques & shapes where one can make a pot or a vase with facilitator's guidance & then try carving the piece later on.
This vacation, lets boost the creative rush of your Kid/ teenager with a new skill & fun art form.
You also have the option to sign up for a single class at 1000/- Rs per day before signing up for the whole summer workshop of 4 days
Facilitator:
Maya is an enthusiastic potter whose work is inspired by elements of nature and who loves to create Magical illusions with clay. Even as a child she knew there was always something special about the oneness of working with your hands.
