Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel is thrilled to present "Pind da Swaad," an exclusive food pop-up curated by celebrity chef Harjinder Singh, also lovingly known as Chef Sweety Singh.

Chef Sweety with more than 30 years of experience and, known for his expertise in Punjabi cuisine, has crafted a menu that showcases the true essence of the region's culinary heritage. He specializes in old forgotten Punjabi food, which is all about slow cooking with love and some special spices of his father- Sardar Gyani Ji. Guests will have the opportunity to savor authentic Punjabi delicacies made with the fresh ingredients and spices Chef Sweety carries with him and traditional cooking techniques he has practiced for years.

The menu includes the classics like Dhaba Style Chicken Curry, Achari Soya Ke Chap, Aloo Matar Tikki, Meat da Chap, Amritsari Macchi, and much more.
