Event Description

Being a teenager isn’t easy. You’re navigating a whole new world, trying to make sense of it, figure out what excites you, what doesn’t, and who you’re becoming along the way. As part of our Teen Takeover programme, we’re opening the doors for an after-hours session that’s entirely yours! Come together with other teenagers to explore Beneath the Turning Sky, our permanent exhibition, before settling in for a peer-led art therapy session. This session will include meditative mandalas, colouring, drawing and more creative ways to slow down, tune in and express yourself.

No fixed agenda. No pressure. Just space to hang out, listen to each other and make something together inside the museum.

This programme is hosted in conjunction with the Teen Takeover programme.

Jyotsna
Jyotsna is a quizzer, writer, and a musician, among other things. She  joined Teen Takeover to learn more about curation in exhibitions, and to see the machinery behind the masterpieces.
