Event Description

What happens when people meet over tea or coffee? What kind of social and temporal space does this practice create? Is it an excuse to sit together, pause, listen, talk, and share?

Through the duet Tête-à-tête, we are exploring these ordinary moments around tea and coffee through movement. We are curious about what happens in the space between two people, and how listening, waiting, talking, sharing, pausing, and connection might move between two bodies.
