Event Description

Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is hosting a Thai Food Festival from 10th June to 18th June at The Square to showcase the diversity of Thailand’s local food culture. 

Guests will be treated to a wide array of delectable Thai dishes, each carefully crafted to showcase the distinctive ingredients and techniques that define Thai cuisine like Banana bud fritters, Shrimp cake, Phadthai, Lamb Massamun curry, Chicken Green curry, Kaeng Hang-lay, Banana in coconut milk and Mango & sticky rice to name a few.

The Thai food festival will be curated by Master Chef Patharawut Mungjit, Executive chef from Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Jurneyhub, for all.
