Bring back the self in resonance with the inner and outer space through body-mind exploration
By sensory exploration of slow movements on the ground with Feldenkrais, we get into motion, create and explore new possibilities for movement and expression outside our usual patterns. The body becomes ready to let movements becoming a Dance with the whole Self. We move from the basic floor space to the standing space, we will then explore movement on a more dynamic, larger and creative way, guided with inspiring, mindful impulses and suggestions, through words but also through sound and live music .
Being in touch with some of the most basic, yet essential body-mind connections, will allow all participants, whatever their age or background, to access and deepen their inner foundations for more complete, healthy and spontaneous interactions in daily life, as well as, in creative exchange.
This process is based on personal research over years. We explore the qualities of water – physical as well as symbolic, also how fluidity can affect and transform our physical movement towards more ease. And mainly how the Spirit of Water can invite our mind and our all Self towards more internal flexibility, openness, respect and care, bringing us back to our full dignity as our right of birth.
