About the EP Zard (EP) - The Pariah Kite The Pariah Kite, a Bengaluru-based Indie Progressive band, has released their debut EP ‘Zard’. It’s a concept album that narrates the ‘5 Stages of Heartbreak’ - Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and finally Acceptance - with a song for each stage. It’s a very fresh interpretation of this evergreen, relatable concept that is beautifully narrated with descriptive lyrics, rich music, and layered visuals. Even the vocals seem to shift in personality according to the emotions of each song.

About The Pariah Kite

The Pariah Kite, also known as TPK, is a talented and versatile duo that masterfully captures the essence of various emotions and stories through their music. With notable performances opening for indie artists such as Anuv Jain, Swarathma, and Osho Jain, as well as shows at luxury resorts like Glampeco, TPK has proven itself to be a crowd-pleaser. Prachi, a classically trained vocalist with 12 years of experience, has showcased her vocal prowess at numerous venues in Pune as a solo artist. Her versatile voice can effortlessly navigate through pop, rock, jazz, and semi-classical genres. Notably, she was featured on a song by Fiddlecraft in Amazon Prime’s Original Series - Unpaused. Danish, a skilled singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, brings a unique sound to TPK's music with his mixed musical background. His formal training in Hindustani Flute and his mastery of the Piano, guitar, and ukulele, allows him to play and compose across genres. He is also a talented writer of Hindi, English, and Urdu poetry and lyrics.
