KALAVATHI RAJ lives in Bengaluru. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Being a former elementary school teacher, Kalavathi quit her job to pursue writing. She also dabbles into water coloring and drawing doodles inspired by the green vistas of Karnataka. Kalavathi is married for seven years now. Cooking food from various cuisines is a passion alongside her love for literature and art.

3O YEARS IN THE SEARING SUN is her first written project. Through her memoir, she aims to light up the way for many women to create their own path and find their right life partner.
