This time, Malhar Laugh Club is doing something different. Part stand-up. Part improv. Part "we have no idea how this ends." Come watch us in this summer heat, because apparently discomfort builds character.

Sreedevi Ajayan spent four minutes at an open mic and ran out of time before she ran out of things to be anxious about. Messaging etiquette. Misaligned objects. The specific chaos of other people existing. This time, there's no timer. We have allocated uninterrupted minutes of Sreedevi versus the world. The world should be nervous.

Brikesh Singh is an environmentalist from Bombay who moved to Delhi and, in a separate but possibly related decision, became a comedian. He's been performing across venues since 2017, and has made his way to Malhar, where he usually attempts to talk about things he loves and things that make his skin crawl, occasionally in the same sentence.

Sandeep Nanu rescues snakes, photographs birds, and considers himself proof that work-life balance is achievable. Most people at Malhar have never seen him work, which he takes as a good sign. When not on the badminton court, he's doing card tricks for kids, which is either a hobby or a personality disorder. He hasn't decided.An experi'mental' evening. Come laugh. Or watch us fail. Either works.
