Add a colorful twist to your weekend by learning the art of Tie-Dye in just 1 Hour! Tie- Dye is a century old technique of dyeing designs on cloth. The process of tie-dye typically consists of folding, twisting, pleating, or crumpling fabric or a garment and binding with string or rubber bands, followed by application of dye. In this workshop, the participants will learn the art of Tie-Dye technique on cushion covers. What will you learn? 1. How to mix dye. 2. Different kinds of folding. 3. How to fix your cloth. 4. How to apply dye. Materials provided- 1. Cushion cover 2. 3 Dye colours 3. Gloves 4. Rubber Bands 5. Thread Event Details: Date- 29th January 2023, Sunday. Timing- 4 PM to 5 PM. Artist profile - Sakshi Lunked is an artist and animator who has been passionate about art since she was nine. She is pursuing a master's degree in animation and specializes in diverse printmaking techniques, fluid art, tie-dye, and string art. Sakshi uses her art as a form of self-expression and joyous celebration, always looking for new ways to explore and experiment with different art techniques and materials.
