Event Description

Want to engage your little one in something fun? Get them to The Purple Turtles store at Lavelle Road for the Tiny Tails Workshop, a toy-making workshop from 3PM to 6PM on 14th November. Anyone above the age of 6 years is welcome to participate.

Tiny Tails Workshop will take you back in time, when toys were hand sewn from discarded textiles and new characters were born from things around us. It will help you discover the joy of creating our own imaginary playmates with textiles. You will learn how to translate a sketch into a textile toy and play with various materials to create unique surfaces and textures.

Each participant can take home the toy that they have explored during the three-hour workshop.
