Sceptre is a Heavy/Thrash metal band from Mumbai, India, formed in December 1998. Drawing influences from thrash metal stalwarts like Metallica, Megadeth, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Pantera, and Sepultura, their sound is deeply rooted in classic and modern rock elements.

Rising to prominence after winning the prestigious Independence Rock competition in 2003, the band has headlined numerous gigs across the country. Their high-energy performances have captivated audiences at various events.
