Put your Jumping Knowledge to the test Trivia Night event at Sly Granny Indiranagar with Vikram Achanta on Thursday 13th October 2022, 7-8pm. It comes with free admission and winners get a drink on the house. Format of the event- In re the Trivia Night itself, it will be divided into 4 rounds of 5 questions each, with breaks of ~10 minutes between rounds and the total engagement lasting for about 45-60 minutes. Questions will be asked on a variety of subjects including pop culture, sports, the world around you and sly grannies. There's nothing better than your bar buying you a drink.. and if you think while you drink your wishes might just come true. About Vikram Achanta: Vikram has been active in the pub quizzing segment for the last 12 years, and if I could say so, one of the pioneers in this space. Along with Dr. Sanjay Chugh, a leading psychiatrist, began quizzes at TLR, Hauz Khas Village in 2010, under the label of Chugh and Chanty. We then carried on that format to other bars in NCR, including Pebble Street and Vapour. He has also independently been running these quizzes at other venues in India, including Sotally Tober, The Biere Club and Arbor Brewing Company in Bangalore, Clay, a co-working space in Goa and Leaping Windows in Versova, Mumbai. Along the way, he has also started another format called Trivia Nights, that are geared to bar walk-ins, and not to serious quizzers. He has been running such formats on and off at Quorum, Gurgaon, a member club. He has also run this as a property for Bira Taproom in Bangalore for 3 months. Vikram is founder and CEO of Tulleeho, a drinks training and consulting firm. He is co-founder of 30 Best Bars India, India’s first bar awards and ranking platform.
