This Sankranti, step into a space that celebrates soil, seasons, and sisterhood. Tundu Bhoomi Krushika Mahila Sankranti brings to life the strength and spirit of Karnataka’s women farmers — custodians of our native seeds, food traditions, and sustainable living.

* Meet Women Small and Marginalised Farmers from across Karnataka, and hear their stories of resilience, courage, and knowledge passed down through generations. Ragi Kana will also felicitate them, acknowledging the hands that feed us and the wisdom they carry.

* Pongal Making & Distribution. Taste the season with freshly prepared Pongal, cooked with traditional love.  

* Suggi Songs & Dances. Celebrate the joy of harvest through the vibrant folk expressions of rural Karnataka.

* ಸಂಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳು - Talk by Mallikarjun Hosapalya.

* Drama – "Krishna Krishna Radhe Radhe" - a witty, thoughtful performance that questions excessive buying and reminds us to consume with care.
