Born in the City of Dreams and raised on the road, this show has grown into a love letter to the many complexities of life. Tackling themes of caste, class, sex, love, feminism and more in his unique voice, Ravi invites us into his world.

With every punchline emerges his version of a perfect Utopia.

A prolific young stand-up comic from Mumbai, Ravi began his comedy career in 2020. His comedy blends anti-establishment themes with sharp introspection and personal storytelling. Centring lived experiences woven together in his unique style, Ravi’s material allows him to confront social norms and reclaim his narrative through humor. In 2022, he co-founded Blue Material, India’s first Dalit-led, queer affirmative comedy collective that tackles conversations about caste and other topics, often left out of the mainstream. And in 2025 he launched The Blue Jam, India’s first socially conscious comedy and rap event. Through all his work, Ravi has demonstrated a consistent and grounded commitment to dialogue, community, and repair. Whether it’s through an open mic, a touring collective, or a rap-infused showcase, his practice is grounded in creating space: to speak, to laugh, to be seen and heard!
