In the present scenario where the world has come to a standstill with social distancing becoming a norm to curb Covid-19, it creates an opportunity for people to get the right dosage of relaxation and happiness by engaging virtually and deal with the situation from their living rooms.

To support the senior population in the country, particularly those living alone, and keep them best engaged during these hours of distress, a series of FB Live sessions for the audience on social media has been launched. This Facebook Live session is with noted actor, filmmaker, writer, and activist, Nandita Das. During this session, Nandita Das will be talking about the secret to achieving creative excellence at any age. She will also be sharing inspiring life lessons, which will be much fascinating for the senior citizens.

When it comes to battling anxiety and torrid times, there are few things that can beat the power of an engaging conversation to keep spirits of seniors high. Spreading the power of positivity amongst seniors in these troubled times, #TheLivingRoom will not only give them a chance to listen to stalwarts, experts and professionals and poplar personalities, but will also have them interact with them live..
