Join us in this two-hour Visual Journaling workshop, where we will take some time to pause and reflect on the year that was, and set our intention for the year ahead.

What is Visual Journalling?

Visual Journalling is simply a form of reflection using writing and images. And no, it doesn't matter whether you’re an artist or if you haven't drawn since you were a kid.

In this session, we will walk you through and introduction to visual Journalling, the various forms, and then work on a few prompts together.

Basic art supplies will be provided. Feel free to bring any favourites that you may have. If you have a journal that you’d like to use, bring that too.

Show up with loads of curiosity, and intention to reflect, and leave perfection at the door!

Workshop facilitator: Shubhashree is an artist, illustrator and writer who wants you to get into the habit of creating just for yourself, and experience the joy that it brings.
