Want to create comics or illustrations and don’t know where to start? Not a pro at sketching, but have great visual ideas that you want to put out on Instagram? This workshop is for you.

Corporat Comics, inspired by the proverbial corporate rat race, came to life when Shubham Khurana, a marketer by day and an undercover artist by night, decided to combine his passion for sketching with the humdrum and inaneness of corporate life. After Monday to Friday and Work-Life Imbalance, the ‘rat’ from Corporat Comics is now back with his third collection of comics titled Humans of Corporate.

Join us on Saturday, July 25, 11 am-2 pm IST at Atta Galatta for a four-part workshop with Shubham on what it takes to feel inspired, sketch out your brand, pin your medium, and promote your work to become a web comic creator finally.

This workshop will cover:

· How to get started

· What tools to use

· Finding inspiration

· Creating a bank of ideas

· Converting ideas to visuals

· Storyboarding

· Sketching it out

· Inking and colouring

· Lettering

· Building your own style

(Note: You do NOT need to be good at sketching to make the most of this workshop :)

While some basic stationery will be provided by the bookstore, guests are free to experiment with any physical or digital medium of their choice.
