Thanksgiving is usually a time for cheer, good food and wine. And this year, ITC Windsor is all
set to make the Thanksgiving celebrations a safe and responsible experience with its mindfully
curated menu, served to guests on the table.
At Raj Pavilion, ITC Windsor celebrates the Thanksgiving Week from November 23 to November
29 over a bespoke dinner put together by the Executive Chef Akshraj Jodha. Guests can partake
in the safe and responsible gourmet dining experience with family, friends and loved ones.
With an array of traditional holiday delicacies, let our chefs take you on an epicurean journey. A
delectable menu awaits you with Mushroom Fricassee with Herbed Rice and Garlic Toast,
Twin floret Bake with Garlic and cheese toast, Cranberry and Maple Roasted Turkey with
bread pudding and Apple sauce served with Creamy Garlic mash and Steam Greens, Slow
roasted Garlic and Thyme Roasted Spring Chicken with Pan Jus and Deglazed Root Vegetables
served with Steam Greens and Beans. The soup selection includes Tomato Bell Pepper Soup,
Mushroom and Barley Soup.
Ruby Islam, the Pastry Chef at the hotel brings choicest desserts like Pear & Apple Entremets
with activated charcoal cake, mascarpone & basil scented whip, Sourcherry & Vanilla Torte
with Beetroot & Chocolate Ice cream, etc.
